On a more personal level........

I'm in love with art, photography, film, design, multi-media, and anything that's down to earth good that stimulates the mind. I'm also in love with people who encourage me to do better (aka Travis). I play classical piano when I need a breather. I sometimes play guitar pretending I'm a rock star when I know I'm not. In fact, not even close. I took singing lessons because it felt good. I performed with a dance company for seven years because it was educational and it kept my feet dancing. I participated in triathlons because I was tired of being afraid of water. Now I have a goal of swimming from "the Rock" before I turn 50. I ran a marathon because I loved the group I was running with. I ran half-marathons because it was less mileage. I tried surfing but failed miserably. I tried snowboarding and LOVE it! I enjoy cycling the streets of San Francisco. I like reading until my eyelids give out. I'm learning to be a better composter/recycler. I enjoy watching our dogs frolick at the park. I like being with people who laugh and smile often. I hope to never stop learning. And I'm trying really hard to make sure those who rely on me receive hugs on a daily basis. If I fail to give, I'm nothing and life would be miserable.
